How can I get comment reply to be inline like many wordpress blogs have?

I really don't like the pop-up comment window, I think that it is horrible, but when I disable comment-pop-up in the configuration, there is no form to comment at all and no comments appear.

****- I think I found the root of the problem - If I disable "Eventcal" the comment forms comes back.

Not good at all -either one cannot us Eventcal or have no comments?

There should be an upgrade available to v.1.66 2011-02-23 for the eventcal plugin, which solves this problem. It came in with one the last versions to be more universal and we recognized it last week by another users comment as shutting down the comment link.
