Ever since I installed s9y on my server running MySQL 3.23.58, Red Hat Fedora Core, and Ensim I've had problems with MySQL ceasing to respond.
It happens every now and again. All of a sudden, Apache stops being able to talk to MySQL, and I have to restart mysqld for it to work again.
Now I'm not pointing the finger at s9y; it's just the last thing I installed before I started having these problems. Has anyone else seen anything like this?
I'm using 0.7.1.
Take care,
Antun

I also think that this is not related to Serendipity; Crashing Software should always be the reason of some "higher" reason than a PHP script.
