delicious: more bookmarks link

The delicious login has a config option to emit a link to more bookmarks by the selected user. Currently, the link text for this is a lang constant. Could someone tweak the plugin to make this link text configurable, please? That would be awesome.

Oh, sorry. It's PLUGIN_DELICIOUS_MORELINK in serendipity_plugin_delicious. Also, this constant is wrapped in brackets by default, which I also would like to be able to remove.
