wrapurl 0.8 additions

Hi
In an internal blog with many different wrapurl pages (a php genealogy framework) I discovered problems with the height setting, which did not take the height from the actual page, than from the last wrapurl occurance only.
This is why I changed the behaviour to be a styleable and individual div, instead of the table surrounding the iframe, which can be customized in your templates css too. Maybe someone wants to give it a try before upload.
