After moving over to a new server I find a weird thing...
The serverside includes work in all pages EXCEPT the index.html pages, this is across the board on all domains. Why just the index files? I would guess my new dedicated server, same domain names, is looking for something a little extra in the .htaccess file? Anyone run into this kind of thing?

You definitely need to ask the server provider about this. I didn't even know you could use SSI in PHP files.
