DESPERATELY IN NEED OF HELP!!!

Hi,
First of all, I should say i dont know much about computers and html so im one of these people who'll just click things to experiment....big problem!
so my friend and I created a music entertainment website, and are using serendipity as a blog page on the homepage. It is through the RVS sitebuilder.
The reason we made a blogsite was because we didnt know how to embedd wordpress into the site so that we could post on all the different pages (ie new/interview/reviews etc)
So we made the blog site but the we were desperate to get rid of the login box on the site, because we wanted the blog part only for us to post.
So i was browing through all the different options, on the RVS site builder i tried deleting the html for the login box etc, but it still kept showing up.
Then I went onto the admin account area where you can decide which roles people are and all that stuff. I clicked on General Options, and I clicked onto the navigation bar.....because I assumed it meant navigation for the login box. And there were three options i believe. The top one I changed it from "yes" to "no" and the second option I clicked on "Array - something" Just to see what it would do.
Now the homepage of our site doesnt show up, saying the page cannot be displayed unless we type the url without "www." Even when we go into our site like that, after logging in, it says page cannot be displayed. I have noway of getting back to that account manager area to undo the navigation options i had clicked.
PLEASE HELP!!!! we need our site
and Im scared I wont be able to get it back!

P.s....any advice on getting rid of that "login box" would be greatly appreciated too!
