Adding Theme to Serendipity?

This is an absolute simple question, but I can't seem to get my theme to show up in the drop-down template chooser or in the administration. (Short of overwriting existing ones...)
How do you add a theme you've created into the available themes?
I've created the directory and uploaded the .css
Still need to adjust the .TPLs to reflect my changes but I'm just doing a lot of testing at the moment.
