Prevent editing entries?

Is there a way to prevent other editors on the site from editing other peoples entries? I would like to be able to set each user to only be able to edit their own posts, but I can't see any option for that.

You should be able to do that by assigning editors to different groups (Administration/Manage Groups) - in fact, in a standard s9y installation, the user group "Standard editor" is sort of preconfigured for this. If your editors are in different groups, they also have different user rights.

You see thats what I thought, but it doesn't seem to be working. I am the administrator, and I have a Standard Editor thats able to edit my posts. I checked the group config for standard editor and they don't seem to have anything checked that would allow them to edit any other groups entries, but it still seems to be happening.

Is this some kind of "unusual" s9y installation like RVSitebuilder or GoDaddy?
