How to remove the login box, and change font color?

Post by anderse »

Hi
Now I have Serendipity blog installed on my website. The webhost team installed it for me.

I tried to remove the login box in the left column. I removed it from the "Configure plugins" but it still appears on the site. Check it out: http://anderserikssonmusic.net

I also wonder how to move the sidebarplugins to the right? In the interface they are placed to the right but appers on the left.

And the text is grey on a dark grey background. How can I change the default text into white?

Check it out:

Thanks!

Seems like this installation uses rv sitebuilder. Plus, this login seems to be by your hoster or something -- it definitely is not the standard s9y login sidebar plugin. You'll have to contact your hoster about this.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea how your webhoster handles this. It looks like a very strange use of the s9y engine within some customized setup.

If you have access to your style.css, you should be able to change it there, but again, this looks very different from a standard s9y setup, so I'm not really comfortable in giving you definite advice.

Yes, its RVSitebuilders again. That entire site could be powered exclusively by serendipity, instead of using serendipity just for the blog component, and other script(s) for the html pages.

You will need to talk to your provider for assistance unless you want to start over exclusively with Serendipity directly installed via FTP.

Hello,

I see that on your blog you figured out how to remove the login box. I use RV site builder as well and have the same question that you did. Could you tell me how you did it? :)
