Login box on every page. I want it on blog page only.

I have the same issue as this post:
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=14718&p=83882&hilit=+Login+Box+how+make+away+all+my+pages#p83882
I installed a "blog" component from within RVsitebuilder PRO v3.73 and now I have a login box on all my pages. As the poster of the above link had mentioned, I am a newbie when it comes to this stuff but I am a MCSE so I am a little frustrated. I did not have this feature custom programmed within PHP, CSS, html, or any other language. It was globally installed upon publishing the new Blog component.
There are no configurations that I can see within the RVsitebuilder admin console and I can't find it in Serendipity either.
Any help on how to isolate the login to the blog page only would be greatly appreciated. The website is http://www.artbystorm.org I have just started to play with the blog so it is a very basic/out-of-the-box config.
Thank you! I am very grateful for anyone's help they might offer.
