I get maybe 50 of these spams a day... I do nothing as I have never seen one get presented anywhere. Are they sitting somewhere? Do I need to do something. If they are somewhere can I batch delete them?

Hi!
In your s9y admin suite, "Comments" panel. You can leave them, since they are moderated and not shown. You only need to delete them if you want to save disk-space on your database.
