config_local.inc.php deleted

Hi

I am Unable to access any part of my Blog

serendipity error: could not include webspace/httpdocs/Blog/serendipity_config_local.inc.php - exiting.
Please create the file yourself or check permissions

I got this the above error and I wonder how can I recreate my Config_local.inc.php, My file has been deleted somehow .I need some help on this

Hello

I found a reply to a post by garvinhicking , I followed his instructions to recreate the file , all seems to be back up, Thank You.
