Cannot save all template options

Encountering something strange I have never seen before with someone using the Kinetic template..

When changing template options, only some options change... other are not changed at all. Any thoughts on possible causes?

Can you narrow it down, possibly to a certain type of option? I'm thinking auto-fill forms in FF, so it would most likely be options represented by an input field or maybe textarea ...

Nope - not a FF issue... I would have recognized that. One instance was, in a template like bp, being able to provide a URL for a navlink for some nav items, but not others.

Saw a few posts here that said problem went away for others in a day or 2... hoping it is a service provider issue that will be resolved shortly, but also looking for any other input or opinions.

Thanks Garvin, I will pass that along. Does it need to be fully disabled?

I don't have a lot of faith in that diagnosis though, because the same server hosts a few other s9y sites, yet this one is the only one exhibiting the problem. And as I mentioned, via s9y, some template options can be changed, yet others cannot. I have not established a pattern between what template options can, and cannot, be changed or set. All template options can be modified via phpMyAdmin without problem.

When you submit fields that might contain HTLMc ode or a URL, often mod_Security filters the whole GET/POST variable so that s9y doesn'T get it...

Hm, so you mean it also affects template options of a vanilly bulletproof template, unmodified, right?
