Rooney: my Kubric-like theme

After a week and a half of tweaking, I think I have a final version of my template for my site:

Any opinions? If you like it, it's downloadable from my site (with a more generic banner graphic). In fact, I'd like to offer it to the S9Y team if they want it.
It's table-less, CSS and XHTML compliant, and strays very little from the default template. Though it looks like Kubrick, but was derived from the included MT3 Squash.
