Hi all,

hope anyone has an idea how I could fix this quick:
My hostingprovider has set up their client webservers as completely new after having had an attack by crackers/hackers.

Problem: After this complete webserver reset S9Y does not use the needed template as before.

S9Y-Version: 1.4.1
Template: Individual/Custom, by Yelloled

What could be solution?
SAFE MODE: OFF?
All files and directories as read-write-execute / 777 ?

Thank you for your help!

Matthias

Hi!

You should ask your provider what exactly he did, so that we can check. Without this, it's impossible to get a clear sight in my crystal ball here, it could be anything.

Check if all files exist, if all files are readable, the necessary s9y files/dirs are writable (check s9y.org FAQ)...

Garvin

Hi Garvin,

thank you for your help and comment.

Since the client server had been hacked/cracked, it turned out that some files inside the template folder were also missing since having been infected/attacked as well. I replaced the template folder with an older one and kind of re-fixed some newer changes to the older css.
(well, now it is definitely time to make the planned smaller relaunch...)

Thanx and take care!

Matthias

So you fixed it, or did not fix it? Care to share your URL?
