Hi all
I have the annoying problem with some of my posts that the lines are extremely long. Look at this:
www.delff.dk/blog
You just don't feel like reading it.
I think, what causes the problem is that some posts have been creating by writing the text in a text editor and then copying the text into the serendipity editor.
Is there a way so that I can force serendipity to break those lines?
Thanks in advance!
VERY long lines in posts
Re: VERY long lines in posts
No. In your entry http://www.delff.dk/blog/index.php?/arc ... -plan.html, you have a very long link text. I'm guessing this is supposed to be an embedded Google Map, but something went wrong, and instead of displaying the map, there's this weird link text. Remove or fix that and everything should be fine.johndoe wrote:I think, what causes the problem is that some posts have been creating by writing the text in a text editor and then copying the text into the serendipity editor.

Yellowled is correct - you are getting killed by that long URL. TinyURL is just what you need.
The bicycle trip documented on the blog sounds quite exciting!!

Re: VERY long lines in posts (solved)
Thanks a lot to both of you! I didn't need that url anymore, so now it's fine.
And Don: Yeah, it was a very good trip! I will soon write a post about the last part out of the Rockies and through Mohave Desert.

I hate to admit it, but you have probably seen more of the United States than I have... and I LIVE HERE!!
Glad to hear you resolved your serendipity issues.
