I am looking for a way to add an RSS feed reader to my side bar, but can't seem to find any info on how to do that and I could not find a plugin for it. But maybe I overlooked something.

I would appreciate any help.

go into your administration page. on the left hand side of the screen theres a link named something like 'Configure Plugins", click that. Click 'Add new sidebar plugin'. Find "Remote RSS/OPML-Blogroll Feed" in the list and click the little install button to the right of it. A screen will come up that will let you specify the url for the rss feed and other details. Click save. Now if you click "Configure Plugins" on the left side again, you will see your rss feed in the list of installed plugins, and you can move it up or down with the little arrows.
