Not even sure what the problem is -- help!

This is my site.

As you can see, there's something wrong -- it keeps bringing up a 500 Internal Server Error -- but I have no idea what it might be. I was writing a post, hit "Preview", and next thing I knew it just wasn't working anymore. I tried updating the software to make sure it's the most current version, I tried downgrading it to the previous version, but so far neither of those things has worked...I've contacted my host to see if maybe there's a problem on their end, but if it's not, does anyone have any ideas? I'd really prefer not to have to do a complete reinstallation -- there's about four years' worth of posts on there now!

My bet is a hosting issue - either the webserver or the mysql server. I'm betting the webserver.
