search with no article result avoid static page results

hi, I saw an interesting but annoying bug:

example: http://www.sankt-joseph-siemensstadt.de/

search for MDStV I should get http://www.sankt-joseph-siemensstadt.de/impressum.html

But I got "no results in articles" and the static-page-results are not shown, even not the divs for this section.

When I add an blog-article with "MDStV" within, I get a search result with the one (new) article and the static page. Deleting the article, the search results "no entry" and no word about static pages, again.

On another server it works fine.

So I thougt it couldbe a problem with my self-adapted template, but switching to bulletproof - no change.


UPDATE: Ok, I find the difference to the other server:

there I have installed Searches comments on quicksearch - do this on the problematical blog it worked well, too.

BUT, I think this is still a bug, isn't it? search results for static pages should not be dependent on a comment-searc-plugin, or?

(if necessary for bug-finding, I can deactivate the new plugin on call)

Both plugins (Staticpage+commentsearch) use mostly the same code for searching. I believe a fix had been made to the commentsearch that has not been ported to staticpage, so we would need to compare the two sea3ching blocks fo the plugins and harmonize those...
