Is there an option searching for images, thus their associated description, title etc. ?
I didn't find anything related.

Hi!
Yes, in the backend > media library section, you can click on the "Filters" button. Then a list will be expanded where you can search for all kinds of meta data.

And for anonymous users in the frontend, like the search plugin ?

I don't think that any plugin offers this yet. To show media to visitors in such a specific way, I would actually rather use a gallery application?
