wordwrap

Although a wordwrap plugin is mentioned in several posts I can't find it on this site. At present, when I change font size in the editor the text just clumps.
Second question: is there an easy way to simplify the criteria required for people to post on my blog? It seems to me that a username and password and email should be enough. Asking participants to include their home address and phone number is just going to scare some away. If I knew what page the registration stuff is located on, I could edit it from cpanel, but there may be another better easier way.

Hi!
The wordwrap plugin is available on spartacus.s9y.org ("Markup: Wordwrap long text", serendipity_event_wordwrap).
If that doesn't help, you might want to describe your actuall problem more in depth?

When you use the serendipity_plugin_adduser plugin, actually ONLY username and password are required. Home addrfess and phone number isn't even asked from that plugin, so I'm wondering which plugin/functionality you are actually referring to?! You might want to show us your URL.

I believe I have wordwrap now functioning. Thanks for your help. As to the other matter: When I registered as administrator, the mandatory entries
included address & phone. I'm assuming that all registrants would have to do the same; if not, then there is no problem. You mention "serendipity_plugin_adduser"---However, I'm not sure yet how to find out whether or not that plugin is already installed or not. My current url is

Hi!
when I look into your blog on the right side, I really only see username, email and password in the corner where it reads "User Self-Registration". Were you talking about that place where you assumed address&phone?

Garvin

Thanks, Garvin. You're right: the registration stuff
does appear on the right and asks only for username, password & email, as I wished. I' bin nur a bloeder Kerl.
One more request, then I hope I run the blog without worry: is there some way to "sticky" an entry, or of keeping a short message or description at the top of the opening screen?
Thanks for your patience.

Yes - use the "extended properties for entries" plugin.... then each entry, when created or edited, will have a checkbox for "sticky".
