comment register login

OK, got the main complaint from both newbies and registered users regarding comments.
90% of my 2000 visitors a day arrive at an article, not the blog.
Many many have cookies turned off so they have to log in to comment, same with a new person who registers.
They click comments, and have the choice to REGISTER or LOGIN.
After they do so, they are taken to the admin screen, they then have to find and figure out what WEBLOG means. The few who take the time to figure that out, click on it and to their HORROR it loads the full blog (quite a wait for an video heavy blog), then they have to go find their article again, hit comment again, wait for the article itself to load, and then comment.
Many tell me that it is so time consuming they just do not bother.
In fact they all give me the same answer to the problem.
When they click the comment button and then click go at the login screen, it should take them DIRECTLY to the article with comments open for them.
NOT loading the admin screen, then loading the full blog, then loading the article... Those first TWO steps should be eliminated.
Can we do that?
thanx
