Offer the ability for users to set up their own blogs?

I was looking for some way to host blogs using serendipity...can someone please help me out? I just want people that visit my site to be able to create their own blogs and have their url be http://www.mysite.com/newblog. Is there any simple way to do this? Any not so simple way? Thank you very much!

What you want is a service similar to http://www.supersized.org/ and http://www.serendipia.net/

They both use the feature "shared blog installation" and build some custom creation tools around it. Our documentatin on www.s9y.org outlines the methods you have to create to make what you want. Since those scripts are always dependant on the server setup, we do not provide a pre-made script. But you could ask the owners of the services above if they share their scripts with you.
