contact me plugin

Hi,

having a hard time using the contact me plugin. it doesnt give anywhere to put an smtp server, username or password so mail isnt getting delivered. did i miss something? where does that info go?

If you mean the "Contact Form" plugin, that should not require anything other than a valid email address.... Your site, however, must be properly configured to send email.

hmm. I remember setting smtp username and password somewhere when i installed the blog years ago, but damned if i can find it again! where do you set it in the admin menu??

ps. i cant relay mail with my server, i run it from home, and time warner doesnt allow it, i have to use theirs.

Serendipity uses PHP's sendmail call. If your local PHP installation can't send mail, neither can s9y.
