i don't know if this is possible but i've seen this in some wordpress blogs where visitors can actually vote on others comments and the posts as well wither up or down .. it's something like the karma plugin put for each comment.

does such plugin exist?

Entries/Posts can be rated using the Karma plugin, but no such functionality exists for comments. Personally, I would not want it as I think it could be a deterrent to comments if someone gets their comments rated poorly.
