Feedback Updating 1.4-beta1 to 1.4-beta2

Hello,
during updating to the new beta I ecountered some problems, because the nightly 1.4-beta2 contains no checksum.inc.php. Because my old version of this file was not overwritten, update refused to continue.
I then deleted the old checksum.inc.php and everything was OK.

I would like to suggest to give the user the possibility to start installation even if checksums are not correct. (Maybe with some extra expaination and warnings?)

I also would like to suggest, that have a look after the line break because I have a hard time reading the warnings.

Hi!

Yeah, I also mentioned this on the s9y.rog snapshot download page. When you upgrade to a snapshot, you must remove the checkums.inc.php file.

Maybe for the future (Judebert?) we can store a version number in the checksums.inc.php file so that it's only evaluated when the version matches with the version that is going to be installed. since that might impose new problems, I'll suggest to hold that off for 1.5.

Hm, I agree...maybe the used should be given an option to discard the warnings.
