how can i disable the email notifications for these?
i check my site each 4 hours and don't really need it.

i'e disabled the normal notifications from the personal setting page. but the ones caught be the spam protector still reach my inbox..

Yes, s9y thinks that spam-moderation mails always need to be sent somewhere, so the only way to not get those mails is to change your mail address
