The easiest way is to upload your music as a video to YouTube and then use the YouTube html code inside your posting.
You could also host the files on your own, but then you need your own flash player on your site and some work to implement it.
If you want more info, this is not specific to serendipity - so googling for "embed audio html" or "flv player audio" should help!
