How do I create a new page?

Hi everyone,
I'd like to create a new page which maintains the same style as the rest of the blog and link it in my sidebar (like the 'features', 'FAQ', etc. links in http://www.s9y.org/1.html). How do I go about doing this?

look in spartacus for "Static Pages" it's an even plugin that will make you able to do what you need and a little more.

Edit: you can get it from here but spartacus is much easier.
