Hi!

Only additional_plugins and additional_themes are still maintained in CVs. Everything else is deprecated stuff.

Why use CVS at all? I hate it... can't we move everything to Berlios?

CVS is factually the same as SVN. What in SVN do you think is so much better than CVS that it remedies the pain it brings moving a repository, all URLS, making Spartacus no longer work with old s9y versions, having to contact all developers, asking the berlios-guys if they can host our files, living with outages on berlios where no contact can be reched, etc?

I just dislike going to 2 different places, that's all... I didn't appreciate the pain involved in consolidating them to berlios.

Hi!

But then, the additional spartacus stuff is IMHO also conceptually different to the s9y core...to me, having those two things also utilize different techniques isn't *that* hard. Well, I didn't want to bash out anything, I'm just saying switching the old CVS has some serous implications :(
