Karma-Plugin: cannot vote for every entry

Hey guys,
I have another problem.
I had to delete and reinstall the karma-plugin because I wanted to reset the count of votes. before I did this every thing worked fine. But now I reinstalled it, for some entries I could not vote anymore.
Maybe there is a problem in the config, but I cannot see my mistake...
I have chosen "0" for the maximum count of days that an entry could be voted and "1" for min. time between two votes. those are the only values I've changed, excluding statistics and some text-things.

I didn't get any error or something like this, so I wonder what the problem could be... maybe you know the answer?

Sadly you cannot reset the votes this way Your browser stores your votes in cookies; you would need to delete your browsers cookies to be able to vote again...
