Publish right

I would like my chief editor to be able to publish their and others entries. The admin can publish but editors and chief editors can only save drafts. I have looked in the group list but do not see which option to enable that will allow the editor to publish entries.

In "Manage Groups", there is an option "personalConfigurationRightPublish: Change right to publish entries" that assigns this ability for the entire group.

The right can also be assigned/denied for each user under "Manage Users -> Rights: Publishing entries?- Is this user allowed to publish entries?"
