Comics Plugin Latest Comic Question

When I posted the three original comics to start my Comics category they posted fine with the latest one showing on top of the Blog when a visitor went to the site.
I added another comic but it won't show up as the latest one. The last comic I posted before shows as being the latest one. I have not changed any settings in the plugin since it was working fine before.
Anyone know what is happening?

Hi!
As the top entry I see the picture "I hate this dream", isn'T that the right one?

Yes that is the correct one. However, it would not show until hours later. I closed all of the browser windows, restarted IE, and even hit refresh but it would only show the next to the last one.
I even looked at the Blog on another computer, and it was the same thing. It would not show the latest comic. Then my wife wanted to see the comic so I told her she would have to click on the Comics category to see it, but when she brought up the Blog it displayed correctly. It was a few hours later.
Is there some time dependant thing I'm missing in understanding?

Hi!
Hm, caching depends on the other event plugins that you'Re using. Which ones do you have enabled?

Hi!
Hm, none of that plugins would be related to caching at all.
Could it be that you changed the publish date of your webcomic to some date in the future?

No. I checked that to be certain. My server time offset was off by an hour (I had it set to 2 instead of 3), but that wasn't the problem either because I fixed it when this happened the first time.
It has happened since I added the Comics plugin. There is a long delay before the latest comic is shown when one visits the Blog. I can't figure it out.

Hi!
I'm still thinking it could be time server offset related. Please pre-date your next comic at least 3 hours, then it should show up. If it does, we need to check the SQL code of that plugin to properly honour the time server offset.
