Serendipity and PicLens

Hi,

I was just installing the amazing 3D photo browser PicLens on my web site's photo galleries and started dreaming of being able to use it my Serendipity blog too. But it uses a static Media RSS feed, which would have to be updated every time I post new pictures, which becomes a huge task.

I noticed that PicLens has a blog plugin available for... the other guys. ;-) Is writing (or adapting) a plugin for Serendipity something anybody in here would be interested in? I'm afraid writing plugins is out of my league...

For reference, here's the link to my PicLens-enabled galleries, but you need to have the PicLens browser plugin installed to view the full effect...

Hi!

Have you read http://board.s9y.org/viewtopic.php?t=12 ... ht=piclens already? I believe that should provide helpful..

I still believe it's a very easy task and great for anyone who wants to start working on a s9y plugin! :)

Garvin

Woah, I hadn't done my research before posting. Thanks for the link. I'm afraid plugins are still out of my league, I'll try to find a work-around.

Cheers!

Hi!

Maybe someone else would be wanting to look into s9y plugin development? I could offer help along the way -- I simply don't have the time to do it on my own, because I do not yet have any experience with piclens...

Garvin
