How arrange items in right sidebar?

Could someone please tell me how to arrange items on the right sidebar? I would like my user self-register and login to be on top of the side bar. Many thanks in advance.

Go to "configure plugins" If your personal settings have the option "Enable advanced JS usage?" set to "yes", you can grab the top left corner of the sidebar plugin and position it where you want, then select "save". If you do not have advanced JS enabled, you will see up and down arrows to change the relative position of sidebar items.
