Allow trackbacks and disallow comments for some blog posts

I want to configure my blog so that

• for some entries, comments and trackbacks are allowed
• for other entries, only trackbacks are allowed

When I uncheck the box that enables comments, s9y also won't show any new trackbacks for this post. I could not find any option / guide to change this behaviour. Can you help me?

Hi!

Serendipity does not distinguish between trackbacks and comments internally (a "trackback" is regarded as a "comment"), so there is no way to do what you want without coding your own plugins and/or modifying core scripts.
