So I just changed my hosting, I backed up the physical php files of serendipity, but didn't back up the mySQL database.

Is there anyway I can retrieve my posts? or am I doomed?

Hi!

Yes, you are doomed. Posts are only saved in the MySQL Database. Try to ask your provider if the old DB still exists?
