Hello together,
i found or better i've two update bugs.
The first Always! when used the Spartacus Plugin to update my event-plugin then is the Plugin 'serendipity_event_entrypaging as updateable marked with the version 1.34 and the actual version 1.35. When i click update or install there is no error, but the plugin is not updated.
The second is the same area, so i uninstalled this plugin sucessfully, but when i update all my event and sidebar plugin the entrypaging - plugin is still as updateable marked.
Can erveryone help me?
Bye

Hi!
Have you checked if the serendipity_event_entrypaging directory and its files are writable? This somehow sounds like spartacus cannot write the files?!

Hello together,
yes, the folder serendipity_event_entrypaging has the chmod set 755 and the files in the folder has 644. The plugins folder has now 755, but it was 777. which is the right setup?

Hi!
755 and 644 might not be sufficient, depending on the Owner.Does PHP (=nobody or wwwrun) have full write access?
Try to temporarily set all files and the directory itself to 777.

Hi!
Try to delete your *package*.xml files in the templates_c directory and then see if it works?
I do understand you right, you have version 1.35 installed but spartacus shows you the "upgrade" to 1.34, which is really a downgrade?
Also, try to configure the spartacus plugin and simply hit the "Save" button which will purge some cached files.

i've look in the phpmyadmin an i found in the table pluginlist 3 x serendipity_event_entrypaging in class_name is it correct so the thing is on is in the PlginPath onlineRepository and the other files are. serendipity_event_babelfish/serendipity_event_entrypaging and serendipity_event_babelfish
The Versions are 1.35 for the OnlineRepos and the others are 1.34
But in the table serendipity_plugins is no entry for this plugin
should i delete the 2 lines

Hi!
You can create a backup of serendipitY_pluginlist and then EMPTY the table (not DELETE!). It is also a cache that will be rebuild, and this might help.
If you have no entry for this plugin in the "serendipity_plugins" table this would mean you don't have the entrypaging plugin installed!?

Hello,
now it runs, but i've deleted the DB entry an i found the problem,
i've installed this plugin manually, by c&p into the plugin folder two times. Because i would try to install it manually. I forget to delete
Now i've deleted all folders which i have copied to my webspace. The Database entries too. Now it runs
Thanks for your help.
