Hi!

Your HTML code is invalid, it seems you installed the nl2br markup plugin when you updated. You must remove that plugin again.

How did you upgrade? I hope not by installing serendipity over a current installation? Upgrades are done by just copying the s9y release files to your FTP server location, then an automatic upgrader will greet you.

Garvin

Hi!

That is strange, because I wonder how it worked in your earlier serendipity version, because it seems you have always used the nl2br plugin then? But this would have meant that you always had the screwed up <object> tags.

Maybe try to configure the nl2br plugin so that you add "object" to the exclusion list of HTML tags to not change?

Hi!

What do you mean, you have all your entries in FTP file?

Why did you do a fresh installation? Why did you not try the method where I told you to differently configure the nl2br plugin? That would have helped already. :-)

Garvin
