I am new using the Serendipity Blog Sysyem. However I ahve had enough experience to install and get plugin working.

I am looking for a way to automate the posting of news articles while I am away for a week on vacation. Can I use the Serendipity RSS Feed plugin to this if so does anyone know the proper setup.

I think the RSS plugin is for incorporating other sites articles in your blog. The XML-RPC plugin would let you make posts while you're away, for instance, through your phone.

But if you have already written the posts, you can just date them in the future. By default, Serendipity won't show them until their post date. You could be gone a week and nobody would notice.
