Upload Limit?

Is there some limit of the size of the uploaded media files. There is in php.ini a directive:

Code: Select all

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 10M
I changed it to 20M but could not upload 17MB WAV file. Is there some config option in the serendipity configuration to change this?

Hi!

If you upload large files to s9y, you also need to raise your memory_limit of PHP.

Also, s9y can configure a upload limit in your s9y configuration screen, usually its unset.

Also you must check your PHP.ini "http_post_max_size" value (or something like that).

It succeeded. I changed from 10 to 20M in php.ini:

Code: Select all

; Maximum size of POST data that PHP will accept.
post_max_size = 20M
P.S. My Serendipity is 1.2.1 and PHP 5.2.4 and I didn't see a option related to upload limit.

Hi!

You should see the configu option in the section where you also define your own media keywords in the global config. Just next to where you can define a maximum picture width for the upload?
