Popular Entries with new function -- random entries

Hello S9Y-Users and developers!

I've given my popular-entires plugin a new function --> random entry

Now it can display a random selection of entry-headers in your side-bar.

@Garvin: Where can i send it, to get it into SPARTACUS ?

Show it here, preferrable a patch as unified diff against recent CVS :)

Klar, zeig uns den Code hier. Ein unified Diff gegen die aktuellste CVS-Version ist bevorzugt, damit wir den Patch einspielen können.
