Easier to look at the page while reading this,
Is it possible to use u TEST1 button under the header to open a new page in the middel on then side menu's?

Hi!
You cannot open external pages there (like php.net). However, you can link to Static Pages, that you can create using the serendipity plugin "Static Pages" (through spartacus.s9y.org). Those static pages will be displayed within your blog.
Other than that, you can only use the "WrapURL" event plugin (also via spartacus) that allows you to wrap foreign pages inside an iframe in the middle of your page.
