New version of Amazon Media Button plugin

A kind soul pointed out that the Amazon Media Button had stopped working for non-US locales, so I did a basic update to get the plugin using the most recent API. The version bump is to 0.11.
This release should be pretty bug free, but I don't count this as a "good" update. The plugin has a lot of things I need to do to it and it needs quite a bit of cleanup.
If anyone sees a bug or has a suggestion, please let me know. I might get to work on this some more this week.
