server time off set

I dont know if this has been brought up before couldnt seem to find it, but is there away or a plug in that well let me set a time off set or another time zone for my blog. I have my blog on a host that is in EST and im in MST and kinda want o keep the it in my time zone, but right now i would have to edit the date field to my time, and havent seen away to do this other wise. Any help would be sweet thanks a lot.
