My Comments aren't working

I've have 3 people now tell me that they are unable to leave comments on my blog. When you try to add a page comes up saying "Connection refusedConnection refused"

When I tested the comments not logged in as an admin it comes up the the error, but when I was logged in, it allowed the comment.

Any idea what is going on, I've never had this problem before. Any ideas how I can fix it?
