cannot publish articles

Hello

I can't to publish articles. All new articles are only concept. How I can I publish it. I can preview it but thats all.

An combo in right top corner contains only concept field

. Maybe there is wrong translations or some?

Check your personal settings - under "default settings for new entries", is "new entry" set to "publish"?

To to "Manage Users"... and click on your name. Look for "Rights: Publishing entries?" Is that yes?
