Categories plugin

Suggestion: Include yes/no option for displaying "all categories" (tpl too). I just found a need to use this plugin "stacked", and realized this would be a nice option to have. Does not look too demanding from a code perspective either, although, it would require a language constant.

PS - the plugin seems to be aware of URL rewriting, and does not use ?frontpage, whereas the tpl uses it regardless.

Hi!

I believe you can hide that link via CSS already? I'm not a big fan of swamping option screens ;)

Yes - it can be hidden via css, and can also be hidden by modifying the tpl, if used.... but at least one justification would be the stacked use of the plugin, and wanting one to have the link "all categories", and another not. The 2 sidebar items cannot be uniquely differentiated via css to hide one, but not the other.
