How would I make my blog the home page

[alphastocks.com]

without having having /cblog in my address.
Just the plain URL that points to the Blog Index.php file.
I use Aplus.net by the way.

So instead of http://alphastocks.com/cblog/
I want it to be http://www.alphastocks.com/
