A question about Serendipity?

I want to install a blog function on my website similar to Ebay, where it allows all my users to blog on my site about things related to my site. I don't want to install a blog where I blog on my website. Ex.
http://blogs.ebay.com/
Is this possible?

Hi!
With serendipity this is only technically possible if you have server administration privileges to use a shared install.
You'd be better of with a tool like MoveableType or LifeType, those are targetted at providing multi-blog communities.
Serendipity is targetted at providing the best single-installation blog there is. You can have as many authors as you like, with different privileges - but they always only blog to a single blog, not to their "own" blog like you'd do on blogger.com.
